Living Through Change.

Like Nature the process of change is both challenging and renewing. Let’s work together to strengthen the important relationships in your life. Let’s find balance as you work through challenges. Let’s celebrate as you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Services

I provide ethical and effective clinical social work service grounded in my profession’s core values: service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, importance of human relationships, integrity and competence.

    Couples Therapy

Grounded in the core social work value of human relationships, my work with couples focuses on fostering strong individual identities, healthy communication and boundaries, and supporting partners in either strengthening their commitment or co-parenting within a respectful, healthy dynamic.

    Clinical Supervision

In clinical supervision, I support Social Workers in building strong clinical and business skills for private practice, working with a select number of LMSWs to ensure timely, meaningful progress toward licensure.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing (SE™) aims to resolve symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies and nervous systems.

When we are stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, SE helps us release, recover, and become more resilient. It is a body-oriented therapeutic model applied in the professional setting of my office for healing trauma and other stress disorders from a nervous system lens. It is based on a multidisciplinary intersection of physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, indigenous healing practices, and medical biophysics and has been clinically applied for more than four decades.
